One-Stop Business Support: Simplifying Success for SMEs

So here we are – nine months into the year. It’s taken us that long to recover, gird our loins and renew. We have no regrets and look forward with excitement to the future.

Having greatly enjoyed their years of coaching and mentoring for business growth, Martin and Brenda feel that, in these days of economic pressures, that particular service is no longer of greatest use to our existing and potential clients. Of course, should anyone wish us to work with them in developing their business, we shall be delighted to do so.

What we experienced was that, really, struggling business owners and leaders just want help in running their day to day businesses, staying on top of things and not drowning under the strain. Over the years we have accumulated a large database of individuals who specialise in social media, web design and maintenance, administration, book-keeping - any skill set a company might need on a pro-tem basis. They are happy to work with the Gilbro Group so that we now have a large team of individuals dedicated to assisting clients with their needs.

Simplicity is the key. Common sense and practicality make life as easy as possible for business owners, fulfilling their requirements, maybe merely a few hours’ work, or something more consistent.

We take the brief, organise the service, check daily that it is being conducted correctly, and deliver the results. We do not operate through contracts, but with a simple Agreement, keep our charges at a reasonable level and invoice clients monthly.

No two clients have exactly the same needs. We discuss client requirements very specifically prior to starting any campaign. Some of the services we are currently fulfilling: creating and maintaining databases of existing and potential clients for sales teams; creating/maintaining websites; organising and delivering regular newsletters, social media campaigns; book-keeping, and so much more.

The system appears to be working; we already have happy clients and, even as I write, we are talking to more.
