Our Story

Brenda and Martin have over 30 years’ experience of successfully building and developing businesses for themselves and for others. They have operated both in the UK and in Asia.

Once nominated Businesswoman of the Year, Brenda specialises in Sales and Marketing. Her powers of observation and her instinct for people are an asset. She is a copious writer and has written several articles and novels. She is an internationally acclaimed author.

Following a distinguished military career, Martin moved into the world of finance in the city. He has held directorships within financial services and an offshore oil and gas business and built significant portfolios for H.N.W individuals and businesses. He is also a qualified international business coach.

Between them, they make a formidable pair.

Gilbro was born at the beginning of lockdown (seems such a long time ago now). We functioned as coaches and mentors to owners of small businesses, helping them grow and develop their businesses, helping them increase their profits. And we were successful. Quickly we came to realise that what small business owners need most is flexible assistance with operational requirements.

Having accumulated a significant database of skilled and reliable service providers, we are excited to announce we have now branched out into the provision of such expertise as and when you may need it.

From administration and social media management to other day-to-day functions, our team steps in on a temporary or project basis to keep things running smoothly. As a support service provider, we give you the freedom to stay focused on growth while we handle those tasks that keep your business moving forward without the overhead of permanent staff.

Brenda Broster

A former Businesswoman of the Year, Brenda specialises in sales and marketing. She is a successful business builder and entrepreneur across a variety of sectors. Brenda is an internationally acclaimed author and speaker. Her skill sets include mentoring for small business owners, and her strongest assets are her ability to plan, organise and deliver.

Martin Gill

Following a distinguished military career, Martin has had considerable international business experience including Directorship of an international oil and gas company and financial advisory businesses. He is qualified as an executive coach internationally and has also built significant financial portfolios for high net worth individuals and businesses.

He is an experienced negotiator at Board level and brings strategic planning ability together with stakeholder engagement focus to ensure S.M.E. projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Our invaluable Marketing and Administration Manager is a wizard who always makes it happen.
